A Front Row to the Pacific

“We absolutely loved our stay here over the past long Memorial Day weekend. Even though the weather didn’t totally cooperate most of the time, the view from the upper level of this well maintained, super comfortable home more than made up for it. In our group were 2 couples and 2 children. There was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space when needed. The multiple bathrooms were also very handy! The kitchen had everything we needed to make all of our meals and the house just has so many “homey” touches that show the owners truly care about the home and want the guests to feel comfortable and enjoy their stay. To top it all off, the owners were so cordial and wonderful to work with. We have been renting houses in Pacific City for our annual family getaway for more than a decade, and this was our first time trying this house. It is hands down our new favorite! Highly recommended all the way around.”

“Best views on the coast from comfortable home~ "Stunning views from the living area, deck and two bedrooms. Very nicely furnished with numerous personal touches and supplied with the essentials (paper products, kitchen gadgets, binoculars, games, etc.) Dana was very helpful and accommodating and seemed happy to share their beach house with their guests. Thoroughly enjoyable walks atop the dunes in Bob Straub state park and along the beach to the cape itself where we climbed the dune and watched dories and hang gliders. The tide pools were amazing. We would love to make this trip to 'A Front Row to the Pacific' an annual visit."”

“Right on the beach! "We had a wonderful birthday/ family reunion with our 2 sons and daughter-in-law last week-end at this lovely home, right on the beach with beautiful ocean views in all directions. With the warm fireplace, great kitchen for meals, and awesome beach views, a rainy day did not bother us at all. The owners were very friendly and always so helpful. We enjoyed the Pelican Pub for good beer and great beach setting. I'd skip the expensive dishes like the rockfish and the pork which were not very good and just stick with the clam chowder, which was delicious, pasta or fish and chips. Also enjoyed the steep hike up the big sand dune near the Pelican Pub. We'd love to come back for another stay. Even our sons were saying how much fun it was and we should do it again. I agree!"”

“Lovely House, Great Location~ "I've stayed here many times and always enjoyed it. The house is beautifully maintained and very comfortable, and has everything you need. Ocean view out the large west windows, or from the deck in nice weather. The downstairs family room has games, videos, and a large TV plus lots of seating. Lots of nice linens and towels, well-equipped kitchen, new washer and dryer, fast WiFi. In a quiet, gated community, just a two-minute drive to services in Pacific City (groceries, restaurants, gas)."”
