“Beautiful setting, great house Once a year, I gather my kids and their families for a few days together. This house worked out great for us as there was plenty of room for the kids to play and the adults to visit. Location was awesome as we could walk to the Rock and Coffee. The sleeping arrangements were good as two bedrooms had additional beds. Working with Kawanda coastal properties was easy and fun.”

“This was our 2nd stay at Bailey's place and 3rd time at Kiwanda Shores. This rental is great. Layout and furnishings are ample for family groups (we were 5 adults and 2 kiddos.) Fully stocked kitchen with good pots, pans, utensils etc. Plenty of towels, bedding etc. Even included all the paper and plastic products needed for our 9 day stay (how many rentals are so well stocked?). Some sandiness of floors/window wells, but not surprising at the beach.”
