Our Ocean Vista; the name speaks for itself...this magnificent ocean front 4885 sqft. home offers plenty of space inside and out. The lot is large, on 1.1 acres, and private with plenty of room to play. Pass through the gated driveway to the dedicated beach trail, where a short 5 minute walk through a forested path and over a babbling creek via foot bridge, will take you to miles of sandy beach.

This beach is popular for surf fishing and agate hunting. There are great tidepools nearby within a beach walk to the south towards Seal Rock State Recreation Area. Bring your kayaks and standup paddle boards because this home is a short 2 minute drive north to Brian Booth State Park and the gorgeous Beaver Creek area, popular for paddle sports and wildlife viewing.
