This light-filled, extended A-frame beach home has been completely remodeled to a state of luxurious retro cool! Imagine your friends and family in this playful space with its soaring wood ceiling, floating fireplace, flat-screen TVs, contemporary furniture and views to the ocean. An outdoor ocean-view deck gives you plenty of room to kick back and soak up the sun. After enjoying the sunset at evening, you can light a fire in the fire-pit on the patio and stay up late watching the stars.
Night owls can fly up to the loft and enjoy TV or card games while the rest of the crew retreats to two updated, comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bath. The quiet, wooded neighborhood and your proximity to beach access right off the deck make your ocean stay especially easy and relaxing—you can plan on long, refreshing beach walks whenever you want. Your South Beach location makes trips to Newport’s many wonderful activities a breeze; you can also travel south to Waldport, Yachats and Florence and the spectacular cliff-top ocean views in between.

“Better Than Expected We absolutely loved our stay in Newport!! The pictures for this rental do not do it justice! It is so much better in person! Our kids were oooo-ing and aw-ing as they ran through the house checking everything out. The bedding is luxurious, and so are the bathrooms, especially the master, with heated tile floors. It accommodated the eight of us (ages 10, 11, 13, 15, and adults) just perfectly! They spared no expense with this update! And the beach access was a huge bonus! Just a cluster of houses share the staircase down to the beach, and there was hardly ever anyone down there. My kids virtually had the whole beach to themselves.”
