Ford House - Beach Access

“We were charmed by Ford House and truly enjoyed our stay. The best description I have is if your grandparents had a beach house that stayed in the family for decades, this could be it. A few modern conveniences, but mostly familiar, family comforts. Super clean and well supplied. Laundry machines! There was a fan but we didn’t need it, windows were sufficient. The reviews we read before booking both prepared us and made us laugh. The precious person who “couldn’t fit their luggage down the hallway…” had us rolling! Can’t imagine too may folks are hauling their hard-sided suitcases to Waldport, but we had no trouble moving our boys’ giant duffels down the hall. Beds extremely comfortable. Hot shower with great water pressure. Wifi awesome. Enjoyed using the grill. The beach view was glorious, and the beach uncrowded. Easy, helpful communication with management. We would wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Ford House, and hope to return ourselves!”
