The Rogue Sunrise House is one of the five homes located on 1000 acre organic timber ranch that has been under one family ownership for the last 30 years. This is very quiet, private, pristine property where nature, people and wildlife co-exist in relative harmony.

This home, that sleeps up to 9 guests is situated on a 1/2 acre with very nice landscaping and fully fenced yard.
House has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, kitchen/dining room, laundry room with washer and dryer, pantry, and mud room – total of 1720 sq. ft. Plenty of space to park cars, trailers with boats, travel trailers.

House comes fully equipped, furnished and stocked including towels and all linens and amenities.
Pets are welcome with previous approval (pet fee is required).

The beach is just a 10 mile drive away. Private parking and private beach access via our beachfront property to miles long sandy Nesika Beach.

Guests of the Rogue Sunrise home are invited to partake in the recreational opportunities offered here. These include exploring miles of hiking trails, streams, ponds, enjoying BBQ pit in the picnic area, watching the night sky without light pollution, observing the resident elk heard. On-Ranch activities include hiking, wildlife photography, berries and mushroom gathering, picnicking, and various ways that our guests creatively develop (wreath or jam making, bird watching, wildflower gathering for drying and crafts) or simply relaxing, rejuvenating and communing with nature. The Ranch is privately owned and operated and available exclusively to our guests.

Peak Season ( May through October) - $250.00 - $300.00/night, $1450.00/week, $3500/month. Based on up to 6 guests.
Extra guests @ $20.00/night.
Off-Season and Winter Rates (November - April) start at $250.00/night, are negotiable depending on several factors that predominately are length of stay and amount of people to be housed.

Security Deposit: $500.00

Rental Deposit: Half of total cost of rental
Cleaning Fee: $200.00
Cancellation Policy: RATES and CANCELLATIONS: Rates are based on up to six (6) guests per home. Additional charges will be assessed for each person-per-night for guests in addition to six (6). Rates are subject to change without notice. All cancellations are subject to $250.00 Cancellation Fee. For stays for up to 30 days: 100% refund for cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in date. 50% refund for cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in date. On-Ranch activities include hiking, wildlife photography, berries and mushroom gathering, picnicking, and various way of relaxing, rejuvenating and communing with nature. The Ranch is privately owned and operated and available exclusively to our guests. Rogue River – less than mile: sports and off shore fishing, swimming, Jet Boat trips. Gold Beach town- 10 miles: stores, restaurants, museum, fresh seafood market, crabbing in Port of Gold Beach. Local Golf Course is 7 miles. Famous Bandon Dunes, 50 mi.
