Welcome to Sandpiper Approach, a charming studio condo expertly managed by Bloomer Estates Vacation Rentals. This cozy retreat offers unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean and Bolstad Approach, making it the perfect spot to watch breathtaking sunsets. Located just two blocks from downtown, you'll be within easy walking distance of local restaurants, shops, mini-golf, go-karts, ice cream parlors, Marshs free museum, and the beach—no need to drive once you arrive!
Inside, you'll find a Queen bed, a Futon couch (full-size bed), and a Futon chair (single bed). The kitchenette ensures convenience, while your private balcony offers a front-row seat to the beauty of the Washington Coast.

• This home is NOT Pet-Friendly

• Additional public parking is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.

I will definitely stay again
Perfect location, right on the main beach approach. The deck is small but faces the ocean and has all kinds of creatures who come visit! Deer, crows, seagulls, preying mantis, frogs! Cozy condo close to everything. The only downfall was the herd of buffalo that were staying above us! Super loud from 6am to 9pm. Even still, Iwill definitely stay again if available. —Cicily
