Welcome to the Sea Jay. This home is a perfect beach retreat with cozy, upgraded amenities, a fully fenced back patio and a hot tub! There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The home has everything you'll need in a beach house! Some beach cruiser bikes, a cozy gas fireplace & comfy furnishings. The property borders forest land with a trail system, and it's just a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, pubs and shops at Cape Kiwanda.

Layout:
2 level home. First level entry has garage with bikes, back patio with hot tub and BBQ, livingroom with gas fireplace, kitchen, dining area and 1/2 bath.
Upstairs has master bedroom with king bed and full bath, hall bath, bedroom with queen bed, bedroom with queen bed.
Neighborhood:
This home is near several other Kiwanda Coastal Properties homes in the Dory Pointe neighborhood of Pacific City.
Dory Pointe is a newer, quiet neighborhood of upscale beach homes built consistent with the natural environment. The area is bordered on the east by a greenbelt of shorepine trees that is perfect for exploring with kids or playing with the dog. Dory Pointe is centrally located near the beach just north of Kiwanda Shores and across the street from Shorepine Village. It is very close walking distance to all the Cape Kiwanda activities including surfing, dory boat launching, shopping and restaurants. The walk to the beach is quick through Shorepine village trails, or down the street to Cape Kiwanda State Park. The area is maintained with pride and governed by CCR's.

This home is pet friendly for up to 2 dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night. Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation
Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

This was a well stocked house. My 5 year old grandson went right for the trucks in the garage, the toys in the hall closet and the hot tub! My 6 year old granddaughter loved having her own room and used the small table for her vanity. The kitchen had a large refrigerator, great dishwasher & good quality items, pans, dishes, flat ware and lots of odds & ends. The pantry had all the small appliances, spices and even maple syrup! This house was not on the beach but close enough we could ride bikes or walk. It backed up to a forest with a good walking trail. We would definitely stay at Sea Jay again. —Sandra from Phoenix

We were very impressed staying at Sea Jay. Surprising how many things were there to make us feel at home. From toys for the kids, multiple ways to make coffee, bicycles, plenty of DVDs, and a great washer/dryer. We loved the size and layout of the house, too. The hot tub was quite large, clean, and comfortable.
During our stay we had one question for Kiwanda Coastal Properties and they answered it promptly. I also made a mistake with our booking thinking we were staying a day later, and they were very kind about my mistake.
I think Pacific City is a great place to stay, giving you quite a bit of the Oregon coast within 1-2 hours north and south of you. I'd highly recommend it if you've never been to the Oregon coast before. If we ever stay in Pacific City again, I hope this vacation home is available as it will be our first pick. We might stay further south to explore other areas, and in which case I hope Kiwanda Coastal Properties has a suitable unit down there because they clearly do a great job.

Just spent another lovely April weekend at the Sea Jay...very well stocked, impeccably clean, perfect distance for walking to the beach, and plenty of space for our group of four to find a cozy corner. Great, comfortable house with fenced patio! The fenced patio made my stay feel more comfortable knowing that my dog could be outside and not have to go outside with her each time. The house is very roomy and had everything that we needed. The location IS PERFECT. Literally like a 2 minute walk to the beach, shopping, etc. The forest out back was great for my pup to play. I will definitely book here again. The only thing I would suggest is having a shovel to pick up dog remains. I used a bag, so not a big deal, just a suggestion. —Serena

"Place was perfect. No bells and whistles, but everything we had hoped for. Cozy, comfortable (beds - oh my gosh!), and walking distance to everything. We will definitely be back!
