The homes open floor plan design is perfect for entertaining. The living room features comfy seating, a flat screen TV and a fireplace for those chilly Coastal nights. The kitchen has granite countertops and is perfect for whipping up a quick snack or a gourmet meal. The bathroom has a roomy shower and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

There is a queen sized bed in the master bedroom, full size bed in the guest room in the main home and a detached casita in the backyard has room for two with full size bed.

Location is everything and Seagull Cottage is located right in the heart of Downtown Rockaway Beach, steps from the local market and walking distance to restaurants, shops and museums. Just across Highway 101 and two blocks down you’ll have your toes in the sand. There is parking for two vehicles in the driveway.
