As a newly remodeled home, Surfview 1 features modern amenities and a pet-friendly environment. Take advantage of the recently added Game Room in the basement, complete with arcade games, a large Roku TV for movie nights, and an air hockey table. The basement has a separate entrance, accessible through a door under the back deck.

Location is key, and Surfview 1 doesn't disappoint. Situated just a short walk from the beach on a private path, you'll have easy access to the shoreline. Additionally, downtown Long Beach is a mere two miles away, making it convenient to explore the area's attractions.
