There are three spacious bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen and one with a double, while the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The kitchen, dining room and living room all have great ocean views beckoning you to the oceanfront backyard.
Come explore the deck with wind-break, or check out the seven miles of Oregon coastline. A big screen TV in the living room and Wi-Fi are available for guests while not out exploring Lincoln City and its surrounding areas. The gas fireplace adds charm and will keep you warm on those chilly winter nights.

About ten minutes from shopping and restaurants, easy to find and the most amazing view of the ocean. If you are lucky enough to rent this home, you’ll enjoy yourselves, for sure. We love renting in the roads end part of Lincoln City, it always feels like your own private beach and you never have to put up with crowds, or people driving on the beach, bad language and behaviors, it’s the best for families, you really get to enjoy the beach. This house is literally one house away from the entrance to the beach, it is a partially paved and gradual grade so young old alike can easily access the beach. It is clean and comfortable, the kitchen has the baseline of what you’ll need and it is a good size for couples with young families. Definitely not for families with small children as there is no tub and the bathroom isn’t big enough to change your mind in, but it does have what you need with a shower, sink and a toilet. The bedrooms are nice sized and the beds are very comfortable. I’m certain we will be back, the views and easy access make this a great experience! —Anonymous

"Our family of 5 spent 5 nights here and had a fabulous time. It's a nice little home with plenty of seating for everyone in the living room and dining room. The gas fireplace makes it extra cozy, especially after coming in from the beach on a windy/rainy day. We loved being right on the beach where we could step outside and walk on the beach at any time. There's a great view from the living room and a nice deck to sit and enjoy the view as well.Shout out to the cleaning was very clean, and I really appreciate that.The only somewhat negative thing is that the bathroom is quite small. It was pretty crowded for two people to be in there at one time, sharing the sink and mirror. I’d suggest someone partially close the heat vent in the bedroom with the king sized bed, it was cooking! The rest of the house was perfect but this bed got hot!
