“Super close to the beach Overall this was a great stay! It's super close to the beach and the chairs/wagon made the quick walk there even better. The kitchen was stocked with so many gadgets and appliances! The beds and couch were comfortable, the kitchen countertop chairs worried me at first for playing games but they were incredibly comfortable. My only complaint would be the lack of privacy with the hot tub. While it's awesome to have and right next to the patio door, it overlooks an open lot next door with a camper and people hanging in the yard; that coupled the short fence didn't feel private enough to enjoy so we didn't end up using it. Regardless, it was a very nice place and we enjoyed our stay.”

“Conveniences we could need we truly enjoy our visit and felt at home, it had all the conveniences we could need. The hotub was clean, there was a fence for the dogs to play, a nice easy walking trail to the beach for sunsets and many games to play even a kareoke machine. we asked to arrive couple hours early and it worked great. Good response and communication between the property manager. We would rent again!”

“Private road to the beach Our family of 6 had an amazing time! A 5 minute walk down the dead end, private road to the beach. The house is beautiful and so many things for my kids to do- ping pong, lots of games, lots of toys, fire pit for s’mores, and of course the hot tub! It is probably listed and I just didn’t see it- the fridge is completely bare. Most Airbnbs we’ve stayed in have at least condiments. They didn’t have anything, which is totally fine, I just wish I would have known. It’s a small town so things add up quickly at the grocery store. Would highly recommend this place. We miss it already.”

“This house had everything and more This house had everything and more … our family felt right at home and there were so many wonderful and thoughtful additions. Games galore for the kids including ping pong table, board games, and the karaoke machine was a huge hit. Kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance one could possibly need and even had 5 options for coffee machines. Bathrooms were beautiful and each with their own heated towel rack and so much more. Garage stocked with wagon, sand toys for kids, clean bbq, folding chairs for the beach … There was even a doggie basket with dog towels. We will definitely be coming back.”

“This rental has everything! This rental has everything! There were lots of amenities, all the kitchen gadgets, beach supplies, hot tub, games, space to spread out, baby and dog supplies, etc. The walk over the dunes to the beach is relatively short compared so other places we’ve stayed. Some of the games and ping pong table were a bit worse for the wear (part of the rental house charm?) and a couple kitchen gadgets didn’t work super well or had missing parts, but these minor things didn’t affect our enjoyment. There was PLENTY to keep us entertained. The master bedroom is lovely and the walk in closet made a nice, private kid sleeping area. Note that the beds are quite soft. It was a bit of a splurge for us but worth it. We’d definitely stay here again. In fact, we plan to seek it out in the future.”

“Felt spoiled from moment one My kids and I loved staying at the Kite Cottage, we felt spoiled from moment one. My pre-teen daughter loved the jetted tub upstairs & cute little closet nook! She claimed that room and didn't want to leave. My son loved the upstairs loft and all of the games and also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub with me. We had the best Thanksgiving. The kitchen has every gadget to make a great dinner. The day after Thanksgiving we did some shopping in Longbeach and adventured to Astoria (Both places are so conveniently close, with lots to do) I will be definitely telling all my close friends about this incredible place and hopefully be back to visit again during the Summer!”
