Completed in 2009, this upscale beach home has four bedrooms with grand "great room" that features dining table for ten, couch areas sitting nine, fully deluxe kitchen with granite countertops and bar area with four bar stools. The beach here is one of the few that has no cars on it during peak season. You can allow your children on the beach in relative safety.

The setup of the house is ideal for two families. Upstairs is a master bedroom with TV and bathroom. Adjacent is a side bedroom of a full bed and twin bed. Downstairs is a master bedroom, queen bed with TV. Second bedroom features twin bunks plus two separate twin beds. New for 2022 are upgraded modern bathrooms with walk in rainforest type showers, new floors.
