“I was looking for a beach rental for a special mini reunion for two sisters, a daughter and grand-daughter. What a great place I found with the All Inn beach house. The 3 year old loved the children's playset in the backyard and there was plenty of running room in the house. It was so close to the beach entrance and an easy drive down the peninsula to the Long Beach area for ice cream. Kathleen,the general manager, went above and beyond to make our reunion all that it was. From our hearts...thank-you Kathy!”

“Wedding Weekend The house and amenities are great. Spacious and accommodating for our family needs. The only issue this rental has is the twin beds, the mattresses are very uncomfortable and the beds squeak loudly anytime you roll over or move.”

“Great house for a family We stayed for about a week and it was a nice house to stay in. Generally very clean and good layout. The floor in the kitchen has a bit of a residue from the cleaner they used so I quickly mopped it and we were good to go. Otherwise it was very clean and had plenty of room. The back yard was great for our 3 year old to play for hours. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, utensils, bowls, etc. Even had a waffle maker which came in handy. They had a spice drawer full of spices, but some looked very old so I wouldn't trust it :) We didn't end up using it, but they had a gas bbq outside that was very clean and ready to use. It was also very conveniently located in "town". It's a super small town and not touristy at all. Really nice for a quiet, relaxing vacation. Jack's General store is only a couple of blocks away and had good selection/pricing on everything we needed. We need to eat gluten free too and they had a good selection of gluten free foods. Gas prices were good too. Beach access is just around the corner, but I would recommend driving anyway. You can drive right on the beach and it saves a lot of walking. Just sandy beach for miles. We'll likely go back to this house again or one of their other properties. Good company to go through and they're located right in Long Beach. We even did a special they had for off season and we got 50% off the rental. Even at full price, it would be worth the cost. The only hard thing wasn't them, it was our 3 year old. She's too big to sleep in a play yard and not quite old enough to sleep in the other beds in the house. The twin beds were downstairs and there's a nice bed she liked at the top of the stairs, but we didn't trust her enough to sleep there without wandering around the house at night. So we made a small bed for her in the master bedroom. It was very large so that wasn't a problem and she thought it was cool. All around great house and fun trip. Nice not t”
