A Yachats single story ocean view vacation home will quickly become a family favorite! If your looking for adventure the home is near the beautiful 804 Trail which is guaranteed to bring home peace of mind, views of whales (in season), and many shells from Smelt Sands State Park. There will be lots of opportunity for great photos, don't forget your camera!

Home has wonderful views of ocean from Living room, where one can just sit & relax, read, as it is separate from the Family Room, where the TV is located. The large back deck is sunny and private, and also has some little sitting areas in the garden.
