Sea Perch - Hot Tub, Game Room, EV Charger, Roads End

“Our extended family of grandparents, 3 couples and grandchildren spent 3 nights in July at Sea Perch house. It was our first time renting here. It is difficult to find an affordable vacation house for a group of 16 on a sandy beachfront. The setting is lovely with great views to the west. Everyone had a bed and the pool table and foosball were put to good use. The house has been remodeled over time and many of the reviews mentioned appliances that didn’t work and uncomfortable beds. Now the kitchen has top tier appliances that work great, with an extra refrigerator in the poolroom. It was very clean and had all the kitchen utensils we needed. The beds were what you would expect from a top ranked hotel. I appreciate the upgrades but really enjoy the feeling of it being a comfortable, but not fussy, house that we could relax in. At first, I was leery of the very close proximity of neighboring houses, but there was no problem with noise and our grandchildren loved having new friends to play with on the sandy beachfront just down the steps. The management was friendly and helpful when questioned. In fact we all talked about where to go next year and the consensus was that we should return to the Sea Perch. They said that it was the most comfortable house we had rented during the past 20 years. Thank you all for having such a remarkable house for us to rent.”

“The location of the house could not be beat; ocean front with the beach only steps away. Being able to sit in the hot tub while enjoying the ocean views was amazing! The house had some quirks ( some rooms only being accessed from another room, etc.), but that made it fun for the kids to explore. The game rooms were fantastic. The listing on vrbo indicated that the house has 5 bedrooms. That is not true. It only has 4 bedrooms with the "5th" room being a den with a foosball table and bunk beds, but the room does not have a door so no privacy if an adult needed to stay in the room. Overall, we had a great stay with friends.”

“We picked Sea Perch for the view right over the water because in November it usually is rainy. It turned out to be a great weekend with only a shower on Friday morning. House was Perfect for the whole family and grandkids. we couldn't have asked for better accomodations. The private beach access was a plus just a few stairs to the sand. It was clean and well stocked and with there extra fridge in the garage we even had plenty of freezer space. The views were it!”

“A nice little house for a big family. It was nothing fancy but it was cozy and comfortable. The game room and pool room kept all the kids occupied. Amazing ocean views, great access to the beach. Kitchen is a little under supplied. Although it rained 95% of the time we were there it was wonderful to be able to enjoy the hot tub and look out over the ocean. Beds were comfortable. The heat throughout the house was inconsistent and hard to maintain at a comfortable level. We did have to BBQ outside in the dark because we could not find how to turn on the light above the BBQ. Many light switches in the house, not sure what they all do! Our biggest annoyance was the sectional couch doesn't stay together and if laying on couch we would often fall between the sections if someone moved. Overall it was a great stay but not sure it was worth the cost.”

“GREAT HOUSE WITH BIG TVS AND LOTS OF ROOM The house is very roomy. The massive table was awesome-great for a jigsaw puzzle and still plenty of room for playing games or dining. Everything works! Location can’t be beat-a few easy steps down to the beach. Highly recommend!”
