Built in 1960, this 1036 square foot gem reminds you of the colors in the Mediterranean.. It has stunning ocean views and a very short walk down the street (500 Feet) and you'll be strolling in the sand.

The front of the house is a wall of glass so from the 'Great Room' you can watch the waves, clouds or storms rolling in. On a stormy day make yourself a cup of tea and do a jigsaw puzzle on the game table or light up the fireplace and enjoy a good book. There's also WiFi so you'll be able to stay connected and enjoy streaming movies and shows on the large screen TV.
