Sand Dollar Shores is an almost beachfront 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 1500 square foot 1960's beach house with a marvelous wrap around deck, and a 2nd floor deck off the master bedroom. This home reminds you of the original beach house you used to stay in, lots of glass, open beamed tongue & groove ceiling, and a charming beach feel.

It has been updated over the years, with new vinyl windows throughout. The kitchen and dining area have ceramic tile floors & modern appliances but with the wonderful red countertops it hasn't lost it's sixties charm. The Dining Room has a large picnic table with padded seats that seats 8 and has a fantastic view. Also a great place to play games or do a jigsaw puzzle on those stormy days.
