It started it's life as a top of the line single wide circa 1965. Sometime in the 80's someone built a structure over the whole place, which doubled it's square footage, and made it extremely quiet. This gave it a spacious living room, 2 large bedrooms,1 small bedroom and a gorgeous glass sun porch. In the late 90's it received all new double paned vinyl windows, and in 2004 it was the recipient of all new carpet, paint and kitchen appliances.
