Both homes are always rented together and are perfect for mini-Weddings, family reunions, and company retreats.

Our multigenerational family had a great stay at Bloomer Estate’s 1303 Beach Retreat. The extremely large yard was perfect for the children, as well as our 2 elderly canines. We stayed at the main and guest house at 1303 Bay Ave. The house’s were kid friendly. My little one’s absolutely loved the backyard with all the playground toy’s. We were sad that we ran out of time and did not played beach Volleyball with the family. Loved that the beach is within walking distance from the house’s. I would highly recommend this rental.
