Enjoy the expansive first and second-story decks with propane barbecue and a private hot tub. You will have your personal path to the beach, about a 10 to 15-minute walk, through six acres of native pines, wetlands, and dune grass (The path may be impassible during winter months and early spring). The Seaview beach approach is a 5-minute walk through the town of Seaview.
Pets:
• $25 per pet per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees.

Parking:
• Parking for up to 6 cars, 4 in the driveway and 3 more in front of the vacation rental.

While we definitely loved the location, the beds, and the hot tub... my two year old absolutely LOVED the massive playroom and huge field outside. He insisted on spending hours in the room playing with every toy he could get his hands on!

This was our second time staying at 45th place beach house, and we couldn't have been more thrilled to rent again! It had been a little over a year, and we were so thrilled to see the improvements made to the house. The addition of the playset, the firepit, and fencing made for an even more enjoyable experience!
