From the front door, you’re just a short stroll to some of Pacific City’s favorite local spots, including Pelican Brewing Company, Doryland Pizza, and Moment Surf Company. Grab a morning latte from Stimulus Coffee + Bakery, watch the famous dory boats launch from the beach, or pick up tacos after a long day in the surf—everything you need is just a few steps away.

Inside, the home is open, airy, and thoughtfully designed for gathering together. The spacious living areas provide plenty of room to relax, share meals, and recount the day’s adventures. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a relaxing escape of its own, complete with a large soaking tub where you can unwind while taking in views of Haystack Rock and the dunes of Cape Kiwanda. 3 level home.  Ground level is retail space:  As of February 2026, occupant is popular PC Pour.  2nd level entry has living room, dining area, kitchen, separate dining space, bedroom with queen bed, bedroom with queen bed, bedroom with 2 sets of twin/twin bunks and a full hall bath, and an additional 1/2 bath. 3rd level has twin daybed on landing area, bedroom with queen bed, and master bedroom with king bed, twin daybed & twin trundle bed and full bathroom with jacuzzi.

Neighborhood:
This home is the heart of the action at Cape Kiwanda. It is on the main road through Pacific City next door to the surf shop, and across the street from the pizza place. The beach is less than a block away and you can see the pub from the kitchen table!

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
