Beach Access:
• 10 to 15-minute walk down a private path to the beach
• 20-minute walk to downtown Long Beach or 3-minute drive

Pets:
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees.
• Up to four dogs allowed
• Dog crate, dog bed, food dishes
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine.

Parking:
• Parking for up to 6 cars
• Parking on three sides of the house- South(in front of the house), West (parking in yard) and East (driveway)
• Space to park boat or trailer on the West side of the house
• No garage or covered parking

Children:
• Children two and under are not part of the maximum occupancy.
