Wonderful beach house!

This house is exactly what we were looking for. We are a family of 6, with kiddos ages 4-14. Comfy beds, all the amenities you’d need. The best part was the view and access to the beach! The updated kitchen was awesome, and the rest of the home is a great balance of original charm and beach chic. Would definitely recommend this property. —Melanie H.

Amazing views, great times!

We really enjoyed our stay! The views from this house are breathtaking. The property management service was stellar, we had a couple of flubs ( our mistakes, not theirs ) and they quickly politely and efficiently took care of them! Thank you for the great trip! —Courtney B.

Such a lovely house in a fantastic location

This house is a gem! We have stayed many times in Seaside and this was, hands down, the nicest house we have experienced there. It is not a fancy house but it had everything we needed and more. It is on the quieter end of the Prom, which was wonderful. It is under a mile to walk to downtown Seaside from this house, which does not take long. I was hesitant about this house because some reviews said there was no shower, but that isn't true. There is a shower in one of the three bathrooms! The house was spotless. The views of the ocean are gorgeous. The kitchen is well equipped. This house has a great vibe - like lots of very happy things have happened here throughout the years. —Kathy K.

Great rustic feel in the three bedroom home. An older home but very well kept, beautiful wood on the inside and very clean. Located on the south end of the promenade, was a perfect spot. We brought our bicycles for an easy 1 mile (maybe less) ride to the downtown shops, aquarium, etc. Also great to find that some of the higher rated restaurants on yelp were within even closer walking distance, to include the U-street bar and grill, Angelina's pizza and the Osprey cafe. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Being on the promenade made it enjoyable to sit in the back yard and listen to the ocean and visit with/watch people as they strolled by. Also really enjoyed the immediate beach access, able to enjoy some quality time on the beach all hours of the day -- most enjoyable was in the evening as the sun set and even later on as most of the people left and essentially giving the beach all to ourselves. —Derek M. from Silverdale, WA

Nice beach house right on the promenade. There is a trail to the beach just across the prom & it takes about one minute to walk straight to the ocean. So many of the rentals on the prom have no ocean view because of dunes & clusters of large trees, but this one has a full view from the house & the front patio. Easily walk a little less than a mile to town for shopping & great restaurants. Easily sleeps 8. Only downside is the 2 downstairs bathrooms are tiny & a little awkward, but not a real problem. Upstairs bathroom is bigger. We have stayed here twice & would definitely stay again.
