Things to See & Do

Local Attractions:
Walk the famous Seaside Promenade along the beach, rent a surrey & ride through town, shopping, restaurants, arcades, bumper cars, a merry go round, an aquarium, paddle boats, kayaking, surfing, fishing and more.. fun for all!

Great rustic feel in the three bedroom home. An older home but very well kept, beautiful wood on the inside and very clean. Located on the south end of the promenade, was a perfect spot. We brought our bicycles for an easy 1 mile (maybe less) ride to the downtown shops, aquarium, etc. Also great to find that some of the higher rated restaurants on yelp were within even closer walking distance, to include the U-street bar and grill, Angelina's pizza and the Osprey cafe. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Being on the promenade made it enjoyable to sit in the back yard and listen to the ocean and visit with/watch people as they strolled by. Also really enjoyed the immediate beach access, able to enjoy some quality time on the beach all hours of the day -- most enjoyable was in the evening as the sun set and even later on as most of the people left and essentially giving the beach all to ourselves. —Derek M. from Silverdale, WA

Nice beach house right on the promenade. There is a trail to the beach just across the prom & it takes about one minute to walk straight to the ocean. So many of the rentals on the prom have no ocean view because of dunes & clusters of large trees, but this one has a full view from the house & the front patio. Easily walk a little less than a mile to town for shopping & great restaurants. Easily sleeps 8. Only downside is the 2 downstairs bathrooms are tiny & a little awkward, but not a real problem. Upstairs bathroom is bigger. We have stayed here twice & would definitely stay again.

Clean but still old so take this in mind. We loved the charm and location the best! Not far from the school and playground:) —Kara H. from Beaverton, OR
