The "Dune Grass Cottage" is a tasteful charming upscale cottage just steps from the beach on a quiet street in Tierra Del Mar. This home has been thoughtfully decorated with beautiful finishes and decor. Feel instantly relaxed with the beachy touches throughout this one level re-modeled beach cottage. There is a fenced back yard and gas BBQ.

Tierra Del Mar is a small community of homes 3 miles north of Pacific City on Sandlake Road. Tierra Del Mar is on the Three Cape Scenic Route, off of Hwy 101. The low bank tranquil beach has views from Haystack Rock to Cape Lookout. This is a favorite place for locals and visitors alike.

Guests will check in at our local, convenient office in Pacific City. After hours arrivals will be accommodated.

Notes:
This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night . Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.
Cancellation Policy: 1/2 the total cost of the Booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 21 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35.

This cottage was perfect for our family vacation. Everything was just as pictured. The location in a private, quiet corner just steps from the beach and a short drive from Pacific City was ideal. My only suggestions for improvement was the toilet in the main bathroom had a weak flush (worked, but weakly). We would stay here again if we return to the Oregon coast. —Carolyn Wheaton

This cottage is even better than it's photos. Well appointed, comfy and the second bathroom and laundry such a bonus. The toy box on the front porch was a hit with our grandkids for beach fun! Plenty of towels, blankets and kitchenware. The location is a 9-10, so close to the beach and quiet. The loss of one star was the several non-working bedroom blinds (stuck up with painters tape), dog poop left in the backyard, and rusted out seating on the back deck that was hazardous, not rustic. The management company completely friendly and helpful! Despite these fixable glitches, we would return! —Diane Homes
