People love First Mate for the recreation room with the ping pong table, Foosball, and TV, as well as the large expansive yard with volleyball net, hot tub, tetherball and horseshoe pit. The home has lots to offer for everyone and is booked solid every Summer and Fall.

Overall it was great. Needs some work and some items added to really have it nice. We added a dish/pot scrubber and sponge. It should have a larger non-stick pan for eggs and stir fry.
