Nestled in the presidential neighborhood, and just a block walk from the rolling waves, and few blocks from downtown Cannon Beach — this little 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom gem can accommodate up to 4 guests.
When you first arrive at Lewis Loft, you will be welcomed into a cute spot that has a back yard complete with a table and gas grill...perfect for picnics and dining under the stars!
You’ll find a sign posted that says Lewis Loft, which is next to Clark Cabin which sleeps 6 and available if you have a larger group.
Step through the front door and you’ll find yourself in a sweet self-contained little house. Lewis Loft has recently been remodeled and you’ll find everything you need.
There is an open concept living area with a large, flat-screen TV. Also in this space is the newly redone kitchen which has everything you need to make a meal or snack! With a dining nook and glass patio door that lets in lots of natural light Lewis Loft is bright and airy...making it the perfect spot for a quiet getaway for two, or a family of four.
The newly redone bathroom can also be found on the first floor and is complete with a shower so you can quickly rinse off the ocean when you get back from beachcombing.
The loft bedroom can be found upstairs with two queen beds and an additional flat-screen TV. With the windows open there’s a wonderful cross breeze so you can smell ocean air while when you wake up!

| Cancellation Policy: | If you need to cancel your reservation, please call our office right away. We have a no-refund cancellation policy unless the dates you reserved are re-rented to another guest. If that happens, then your money will be refunded to you in the same form it was received, less travel insurance if purchased. Because of this policy we highly recommend purchasing Rental Guardian Travel Insurance with your reservation. |

Payment Terms – Once a reservation has been made, an email will be sent with a link to your Guest Reservation Contract. This electronic signature contract must be returned within 3 days to secure your reservation. Deposits are not charged to your credit card on file until your signed Guest Reservation Contract has been received. If your date of arrival is less than 30 days away, the entire reservation cost will be due in full. Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival may only be paid for with a credit card, money order, or a cashier’s check. We require a credit card to be kept on file with us even if you choose to pay by check. If your date of arrival is more than 30 days away, a deposit of 40% will be due upon receipt of your signed Guest Reservation Contract. Your final payment is due no later than 30 days before your arrival. Guest Requirements – You must be over the age of 25 in order to rent a home from Beachcomber Vacation Homes. This Guest Reservation Contract cannot be transferred to anyone else and subletting the home is prohibited. The guest signing this Guest Reservation Contract will be the responsible party for any intentional or malicious damage to the property for the length of the reservation ( Please see our “Worry Free Damage Waiver” below ). Our homes are in neighborhoods that have full time residents so please be courteous with parking, outside activities, lights and noise. PETS - Only dogs are allowed in our pet friendly homes. There is a fee of $60.00 + tax per- dog per- stay. Please make sure to clean up after your dog. Excessive pet mess may result in extra cleaning charges. If a pet is found in a non pet friendly house without prior notice and consent, then such is a violation of this Guest Reservation Contract and constitutes rounds for immediate termination and eviction. If you have an ADA service animal please let our office know right away so that we can make special arrangements in the event that you have chosen a non-pet friendly home. |

Had such a wonderful time. The cottage had everything we needed and was spotless when we arrived. It was one block from the beach and the staff went above and beyond to provide towels for our 2 dogs plus treats and extra poop bags. They also had a human gift bag with coffee.
