This 1,100-square-foot,vintage cabin sleeps up to six guests. The master suite features a comfortable queen bed with views from the landing and a half-bath en suite. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and another with a handcrafted twin bunkbed. Games are stored in the bunk-room cabinet along with some children’s books. Adults may be interested in the small collection of novels and design books in the main living area cabinet.
The main floor has a washer and dryer that make it ultra-convenient to clean up after a day at the beach.

Neighborhood:
The village of Tierra Del Mar is a small community of traditional beach homes 3 miles north of Pacific City along the Three Capes Scenic Route. There are several quiet lanes lined with both historic cabins and larger beach homes that all lead to direct beach access. All homes in Tierra Del Mar are a quick, easy walk to the beach. The beach here is quiet and long—beachcombers can walk for hours down this lengthy stretch that is relatively undiscovered. It is a good spot for beachcombers who often find agates and Japanese glass floats. Sand Lake Recreation Area is 4 miles to the north.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
