Lycan House has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The upstairs master with a king bed has great ocean views. The second bedroom upstairs features a queen bed plus twin bunks. Downstairs there is a lower level master bedroom with second bedroom of two sets of bunks, sleeping four. The house can comfortably sleep two families.
