With everything you need for a wonderful vacation, this well-kept home, built in 1993, has been maintained with loving care. You will be situated just steps from the beach, a short stroll from town, and embraced by ocean sounds and sea air.

Cozy and restful, this home includes 3 bedrooms and a sleeping alcove (all replete with queen beds), 2 full bathrooms, and can easily accommodate up to 6 people.

When you first arrive at Monroe House you will be welcomed by a large, fenced yard, a substantial parking area, and a quaint front porch — perfect for greeting the morning with a good cup of coffee.

Step through the front door and find yourself in the living room. The indoor fireplace will warm you as you gather around the TV after a buoyant day at the beach.

Wander past the living room and explore an enticing kitchen, fully equipped with all the appliances you need to make delicious meals — there’s even an old-fashioned milk-shake maker for anyone with a sweet tooth. Just off the kitchen stands a sizable, dining room table. This is where Monroe House’s vast store of boardgames and puzzles can be played after a lavish dinner or a delightful pancake breakfast. To the left of the dining room lies the family room, where a cushy couch and large windows with a beautiful view of the backyard provide the perfect place to catch up with a book or relax with a glass of wine.

Follow the hall to the spacious downstairs bedroom with a queen size bed and a lovely view of the quiet neighborhood. At the end of the hall, you will locate the downstairs full bathroom, complete with a shower/bathtub combination and heated floors for your feet.

Climb the stairs to the second floor of this wonderful house and you will discover two considerable bedrooms and a sleeping alcove (with private doors) connected to the hallway. Each space comes with its own outside view, decorative charm, and luxurious queen bed. The full, upstairs bathroom is easily accessible for everyone and comes with the same shower/bathtub combination and divinely warm floors as the one downstairs — so everybody is sure to get the same sublime treatment.

Outside, the back deck features a picnic table and a Weber Gas BBQ (stored during winter). Here, you can enjoy the Cannon Beach sun and share a scintillating meal after lively group games in the yard. Adjacent to the back deck is a patio area and a shower (with warm water) so you can conveniently rinse off after a carefree day in the sand.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please call our office right away. We have a no-refund cancellation policy unless the dates you reserved are re-rented to another guest. If that happens, then your money will be refunded to you in the same form it was received, less travel insurance if purchased. Because of this policy we highly recommend purchasing Rental Guardian Travel Insurance with your reservation.

Other Policies: * Rates are subject to change without notice. Pricing excludes taxes, additional options or fees. Payment Terms – Once a reservation has been made, an email will be sent with a link to your Guest Reservation Contract. This electronic signature contract must be returned within 3 days to secure your reservation. Deposits are not charged to your credit card on file until your signed Guest Reservation Contract has been received. If your date of arrival is less than 30 days away, the entire reservation cost will be due in full. Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival may only be paid for with a credit card, money order, or a cashier’s check. We require a credit card to be kept on file with us even if you choose to pay by check. If your date of arrival is more than 30 days away, a deposit of 40% will be due upon receipt of your signed Guest Reservation Contract. Your final payment is due no later than 30 days before your arrival.

Guest Requirements – You must be over the age of 25 in order to rent a home from Beachcomber Vacation Homes. This Guest Reservation Contract cannot be transferred to anyone else and subletting the home is prohibited. The guest signing this Guest Reservation Contract will be the responsible party for any intentional or malicious damage to the property for the length of the reservation ( Please see our “Worry Free Damage Waiver” below ). Our homes are in neighborhoods that have full time residents so please be courteous with parking, outside activities, lights and noise.

PETS - Only dogs are allowed in our pet friendly homes. There is a fee of $60.00 + tax per- dog per- stay. Please make sure to clean up after your dog. Excessive pet mess may result in extra cleaning charges. If a pet is found in a non pet friendly house without prior notice and consent, then such is a violation of this Guest Reservation Contract and constitutes rounds for immediate termination and eviction. If you have an ADA service animal please let our office know right away so that we can make special arrangements in the event that you have chosen a non-pet friendly home.
