The main level has been updated with a completely remodeled kitchen and bathroom, new flooring and a new atrium to enjoy watching the waves even in the rain!

Ocean House is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home located in a quiet area of south Cannon Beach. Its crowning asset is its sheer proximity to the sand, but the interior also packs a punch: high, vaulted ceilings, floor-to ceiling windows, new carpet and beautiful wood throughout lend an elemental vibe to the home’s welcoming open-plan layout.

Gorgeous stained glass, shells and great beach art – including an impressive collection of Cannon Beach Sandcastle Day posters – is on hand throughout.

The small kitchen featuring a bar and great cooking amenities links right up to the living room, where a gas fireplace stands ready to heat the home in a hurry. The din of the nearby ocean and some prime sunset watching beckon you to a cozy seating arrangement. Off to the sides of this main living space are two separate eating areas, one with a formal table and the other a small table tucked into a solarium. The solarium leads to a deck with a new gas barbecue plus outdoor furniture. A full bathroom is also available on this floor.

Upstairs, a loft bedroom with a queen bed and skylight overlooks the main living area. Admire the gorgeous Haystack Rock art, or simply peek out the windows to catch sight of the real thing – this home has fantastic views of Haystack Rock. The upstairs area also offers a bathroom with shower and skylight.

The home’s bottom floor comprises a cool, quiet sleeping quarters featuring two simple, clean rooms with queen beds, art prints, and windows overlooking foliage. A washer and dryer are also located on this floor.

Outside, there’s room to roam and romp in the large, well-maintained yard. Over a line of shrub and windswept trees, you’ll glimpse a quiet, easily accessible section of the beach. Covered parking is also available beneath the home. Pets are welcome, but this rental is not recommended for small children.

This clean, well-maintained house is long on sun, space and light; pull up a seat and get high on the wonder of your natural surroundings.

Beach access is just around the corner to either the south or the north. The access to the north is a short slope down to the sand, and the access to the south has a small stair case.

Deposits & Policies

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please call our office right away. We have a no refund cancellation policy unless the dates you reserved are re-rented to another guest. If that happens, then your money will be refunded to you in the same form it was received minus the booking fee, cancellation fee of $50.00 and travel insurance if purchased. Because of this policy we highly recommend purchasing Red Sky Travel Insurance with your reservation.

Other Policies: * Rates are subject to change without notice. Pricing excludes taxes, additional options or fees. Payment Terms – If your reservation is more than 30 days away, the signed Guest Reservation Contract and your first payment are due within 5 days of receiving the rental contract. Please return the signed rental contract with the first payment. Your final payment is due no later than 30 days before your arrival. If your date of arrival is less than 30 days away, the entire reservation cost and signed Guest Reservation Contract are due within 5 days of receiving your rental contract. Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival may only be paid for by a credit card, money order, or cashier’s check. We also require a credit card to be kept on file with us even if you choose to pay by check.

Guest Requirements – You must be over the age of 25 in order to rent a home from Beachcomber Vacation Homes. This Guest Reservation Contract cannot be transferred to anyone else and subletting the home is prohibited. The guest signing this Guest Reservation Contract will be the responsible party for any intentional or malicious damage to the property for the length of the reservation ( Please see our “Worry Free Damage Waiver” below ). Our homes are in neighborhoods that have full time residents so please be courteous with parking, outside activities, lights and noise.

PETS - Only dogs are allowed in our pet friendly homes. There is a fee of $50.00 per- dog per- stay. Please make sure to clean up after your dog. Excessive pet mess may result in extra cleaning charges. If a pet is found in a non pet friendly house without prior notice and consent, then such is a violation of this Guest Reservation Contract and constitutes rounds for immediate termination and eviction. If you have an ADA service animal please let our office know right away so that we can make special arrangements in the event that you have chosen a non-pet friendly home.
