The primary bedroom is located next to the hall bath and features a King bed, door leading to the wrap around balcony. There is an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and shower only.

Just beyond the foyer is the large, open living area. This bright space includes the dining area, kitchen and living room all in one space. There are numerous windows and even a wall of sliding doors that open to the wrap around balcony. These can all be opened at the same time allowing the ocean breeze to fill the house!
