• Explore Beaches: Enjoy Waldport’s wide sandy beach, Governor Patterson Memorial State Recreation Site, or Big Stump Beach.
• Waldport Farmers Market: Wednesdays, May through October 9-2.
• Go Fishing: Alsea River or Alsea Bay for both freshwater and saltwater fishing, with salmon and steelhead being popular catches.
• Visit Eckman Lake: Located just east of Waldport, Eckman Lake is a peaceful spot for fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and picnicking.
• Hike on the 804 Trail in nearby Yachats: A scenic 1.5 mile out and back leisurely walking path offering spectacular wave action! Enjoy access to a sandy beach at the end of the trail.

This was the first time I have rented a home for vacation so was not sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Customer service friendly and helpful and we absolutely loved the vacation home. Restful oasis
My parents were traveling with my husband and me, and we all found this home to be a restful, spacious oasis. Gorgeous views! Really felt like a home you'd like to live in. ? Just a half hour or less from Yaquina Head Lighthouse (north) and Heceta Head Lighthouse (south). Great view and relaxing neighborhood. Quite and from the busy tourist areas.
We enjoyed being able to get away from the heavily travel tourist areas and enjoy the quiet. Great view and wonderful time reading and working on puzzles. Unfortunately our visit coincided with the 2020 wildfires, so we were not able to enjoy the outdoors. Very thankful that the house was so comfortable and offered a selection of books, puzzles and TV.
