Let us introduce Quail Cove to you, formerly called Pacific Breeze. Sometimes the best way to describe a home is to ask the people who love it their thoughts so that's what we did. Here's a description of Quail Cove written by one of the owners.
Welcome to Quail Cove! Named after our Nana's love of all things Quail, we can't wait for you to enjoy Cannon Beach and the ocean as much as she did. She built this home to bring together her love of the beach and quality time with friends and family.
There's space for everyone with two master suites and three additional bedrooms, comfortably sleeping ten people. There are four full bathrooms, with a soaking tub in the upstairs master suite. Two gas fireplaces make for a cozy atmosphere on the second floor and in the downstairs master suite.
Come together in the open concept living space, including a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, media room and deck - or find your own comfy corner in the third story reading nook. Day or night you can relax on the back patio, complete with fire pit and picnic style seating for the entire group.
Our home is just off the beach with views of Haystack Rock from the second floor and the third story deck. Beach access is just at the end of the road. After taking in the tide pools, you can rinse sandy toes and paws in the outdoor shower located on the north side of the house.
Within five minutes you can walk to the Sleepy Monk Coffee Roasters, Screw N' Brew - Hardware & Public House, Wayfarer Restaurant, Cannon Beach Hotel or Pelican Brewing Company. In just fifteen minutes you can walk to downtown Cannon Beach where there's shopping and dining for everyone. Cannon Beach Fresh Foods, a full grocery store, is a short five minute drive south into Tolovana.

Deposits & Policies
| Cancellation Policy: | If you need to cancel your reservation, please call our office right away. We have a no refund cancellation policy unless the dates you reserved are re-rented to another guest. If that happens, then your money will be refunded to you in the same form it was received minus the booking fee, cancellation fee of $50.00 and travel insurance if purchased. Because of this policy we highly recommend purchasing Red Sky Travel Insurance with your reservation. |

| Other Policies: | Payment Terms – If your reservation is more than 30 days away, the signed Guest Reservation Contract and your first payment are due within 5 days of receiving the rental contract. Please return the signed rental contract with the first payment. Your final payment is due no later than 30 days before your arrival. If your date of arrival is less than 30 days away, the entire reservation cost and signed Guest Reservation Contract are due within 5 days of receiving your rental contract. Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival may only be paid for by a credit card, money order, or cashier’s check. We also require a credit card to be kept on file with us even if you choose to pay by check. Guest Requirements – You must be over the age of 25 in order to rent a home from Beachcomber Vacation Homes. This Guest Reservation Contract cannot be transferred to anyone else and subletting the home is prohibited. The guest signing this Guest Reservation Contract will be the responsible party for any intentional or malicious damage to the property for the length of the reservation ( Please see our “Worry Free Damage Waiver” below ). Our homes are in neighborhoods that have fulltime residents so please be courteous with parking, outside activities, lights and noise. |
