The new owners of Rabbit Hill Cottage ( formerly Three Sisters by the Sea ) fell in love with Cannon Beach and this wonderful home. They renamed this classic bungalow after the neighborhood bunnies that Cannon Beach is known for and have added their own touches to this charming vintage home
From the moment you walk in the door the warmth of the house will envelop you. From the living room with lots of seating and a wood burning fireplace to the family/reading room next to it or the den with the flat screen TV there are so many places to gather everyone together or to find a quiet little spot and catch up on that book you’ve been trying to finish.
The main level of the house has the living room, reading/family room, dining room, kitchen, and breakfast nook. Also on this level is the master bedroom with an attached bath. The light and airy feeling of the room is especially appealing. The main bath is located in the hall just off the breakfast nook.
Heading up the stairs leads you to the second bedroom which has a queen bed and in the opposite corner of the room is a small bed next to some shelves with dolls and toys, the perfect spot to set a little one down for a nap.
Going downstairs from the hall sends you to the den with comfy seating and a flat screen TV for movie nights. Just to west of the den is the third bedroom with a queen bed and bunk beds.
When it comes to the back yard Rabbit Hill Cottage is special. Besides the large deck, wood shed for the living room fireplace, fire pit for making s’mores, and BBQ grill there is one more amenity sure to please the youngest members of your group.
Take a look at the Kid’s Kottage. This is a sweet spot that all kids ( big and little! ) will enjoy. From working and displaying artwork to playing store there's something for all your kids to enjoy. There's also a large side and back yard to play games in or just sunbathe and relax.
The home is on the north side of Cannon Beach near the first exit into Cannon Beach. The beach is short stroll away,close by through Les Shirley Park, and downtown Cannon Beach with it's shops, galleries and restaurants is only a few blocks away.

| Cancellation Policy: | If you need to cancel your reservation, please call our office right away. We have a no-refund cancellation policy unless the dates you reserved are re-rented to another guest. If that happens, then your money will be refunded to you in the same form it was received, less travel insurance if purchased. Because of this policy we highly recommend purchasing Rental Guardian Travel Insurance with your reservation. |

Payment Terms – Once a reservation has been made, an email will be sent with a link to your Guest Reservation Contract. This electronic signature contract must be returned within 3 days to secure your reservation. Deposits are not charged to your credit card on file until your signed Guest Reservation Contract has been received. If your date of arrival is less than 30 days away, the entire reservation cost will be due in full. Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival may only be paid for with a credit card, money order, or a cashier’s check. We require a credit card to be kept on file with us even if you choose to pay by check. If your date of arrival is more than 30 days away, a deposit of 40% will be due upon receipt of your signed Guest Reservation Contract. Your final payment is due no later than 30 days before your arrival. Guest Requirements – You must be over the age of 25 in order to rent a home from Beachcomber Vacation Homes. This Guest Reservation Contract cannot be transferred to anyone else and subletting the home is prohibited. The guest signing this Guest Reservation Contract will be the responsible party for any intentional or malicious damage to the property for the length of the reservation ( Please see our “Worry Free Damage Waiver” below ). Our homes are in neighborhoods that have full time residents so please be courteous with parking, outside activities, lights and noise. PETS - Only dogs are allowed in our pet friendly homes. There is a fee of $60.00 + tax per- dog per- stay. Please make sure to clean up after your dog. Excessive pet mess may result in extra cleaning charges. If a pet is found in a non pet friendly house without prior notice and consent, then such is a violation of this Guest Reservation Contract and constitutes rounds for immediate termination and eviction. If you have an ADA service animal please let our office know right away so that we can make special arrangements in the event that you have chosen a non-pet friendly home. |
