Located in the quiet Tolovana Park neighborhood of Cannon Beach, this professionally decorated home is just a few steps away from the beach. With an open living concept, luxurious high-end furnishings and beautiful, original artwork, this home is perfect for a beach getaway.

From the moment you open the front door, you will notice the gorgeous floor to ceiling rock fireplace. Imagine sitting around the fire on the comfy sofas, while meals are being prepared in the open kitchen.

The kitchen is a gourmet cook’s dream, with a gas stove, granite counter tops and plenty of prep space, including an island with 4 bar stools. Just off the kitchen is a dining table with chairs for six people. From the dining area, there is a door to the fenced back yard, where you can relax in the Adirondack chairs that surround a gas firepit. There is also gas BBQ grill in the backyard.

Just off the dining area, there is a hall that leads to a powder room. Also down the hall from the powder room is a laundry room with a sink and plenty of counter space for folding laundry after a full days adventure.

A little further down the hall, you will find the spacious primary bedroom, with a comfy king bed, a couple lounging chairs and an en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a large, tiled shower and a Swedish sauna, perfect for a spa day at the beach.

Heading upstairs, you will find a loft area with a foosball table, sofabed, rattan chairs and a TV. Down the hall from the loft area is a bunk room with two sturdy bunk beds. The second upstairs bedroom has a king bed with a four poster canopy wood frame. The upstairs bathroom has two sinks, a tiled shower and a soaking tub. As an extra touch of luxury, all the bedroom closets are equipped with plush bathrobes for guests to use.

If you decide to take a break from cooking, there are three restaurants within walking distance, the Warren House Pub and Mo’s Seafood and Chowder for casual dining and the Stephanie Inn for fine dining. The Sea Level Bakery is also right around the corner, offering scratch made pastries, artisanal breads, some breakfast and lunch items and high quality coffee. The nearby Surfcrest Market is a locally owned convenience store that also offers delicious pizza. For groceries, just a half mile away is Fresh Foods grocery store, known for its focus on organic, gourmet and local products.

Deposits & Policies

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please call our office right away. We have a no-refund cancellation policy unless the dates you reserved are re-rented to another guest. If that happens, then your money will be refunded to you in the same form it was received, less travel insurance if purchased. Because of this policy we highly recommend purchasing Rental Guardian Travel Insurance with your reservation.

Other Policies: * Rates are subject to change without notice. Pricing excludes taxes, additional options or fees. Payment Terms – Once a reservation has been made, an email will be sent with a link to your Guest Reservation Contract. This electronic signature contract must be returned within 3 days to secure your reservation. Deposits are not charged to your credit card on file until your signed Guest Reservation Contract has been received. If your date of arrival is less than 30 days away, the entire reservation cost will be due in full. Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival may only be paid for with a credit card, money order, or a cashier’s check. We require a credit card to be kept on file with us even if you choose to pay by check. If your date of arrival is more than 30 days away, a deposit of 40% will be due upon receipt of your signed Guest Reservation Contract. Your final payment is due no later than 30 days before your arrival.

Guest Requirements – You must be over the age of 25 in order to rent a home from Beachcomber Vacation Homes. This Guest Reservation Contract cannot be transferred to anyone else and subletting the home is prohibited. The guest signing this Guest Reservation Contract will be the responsible party for any intentional or malicious damage to the property for the length of the reservation ( Please see our “Worry Free Damage Waiver” below ). Our homes are in neighborhoods that have full time residents so please be courteous with parking, outside activities, lights and noise.

PETS - Only dogs are allowed in our pet friendly homes. There is a fee of $60.00 + tax per- dog per- stay. Please make sure to clean up after your dog. Excessive pet mess may result in extra cleaning charges. If a pet is found in a non pet friendly house without prior notice and consent, then such is a violation of this Guest Reservation Contract and constitutes rounds for immediate termination and eviction. If you have an ADA service animal please let our office know right away so that we can make special arrangements in the event that you have chosen a non-pet friendly home.
