Sandcastle #601 is a ground level, 1-bedroom apartment with everything you’ll need for a 2-person retreat from city life. The comfortably appointed living room will soon have you catching up on your reading or getting back to writing in your journal or watching the new flats screen smart TV while preparing a meal in the kitchen. Open the doors to the patio deck and let in that fresh coastal air!
Sandcastle #602 is a ground level, 1-bedroom apartment with room for 4. A traditional queen bed is in the separate bedroom, with the genius addition of a Murphy bed in the spacious front room, perfect so friends or kids can join you on your beach vacation. When the Murphy bed is put up, you’ll have room to spread out and read the papers, catch the news on the new flat screen smart TV or browse your favorite websites thanks to the cable and WIFI service.
Sandcastle #603 is a ground level, 1-bedroom apartment that sleeps 4. A traditional queen bed is in the spacious separate bedroom, with a second queen bed in the main living area. The large front room has dining space for four, with a comfy sofa for lounging and socializing. Catch some TV or take your coffee out on the balcony deck to catch some of the sea air that is so rejuvenating and just what you need for your ocean getaway.
Sandcastle #604 is an upstairs 1-bedroom apartment that sleeps 2. Nautical and coastal touches throughout this sweet space will be sure to serve as a reminder that you are just one block from the beach. With plenty of room for relaxing, dining and hanging out, the spacious main room is furnished with a living area, dining area, and includes a new flat screen smart TV (cable and WIFI service included).
Sandcastle #605 is an upstairs 1-bedroom apartment that sleeps 4, and this adorable unit is perfect for a romantic getaway or a small gathering of friends or family. Enjoy the landscape views from your balcony and enjoy your morning coffee outdoors or relax in the afternoon with that novel you haven't had time to finish. You’ll enjoy opening up the doors to your south facing deck to bring the sunshine and ocean air into your main living area. Ahhhh...breathe that fresh ocean air!
Sandcastle Inn #606 offers a warm welcome for four or a perfect romantic getaway for two. With easy access to all of Cannon Beach’s charms from this upstairs 1 bedroom apartment, you’ll look forward to coming home at the end of your fun-filled and action packed days. The spacious main room serves as a multi-use location , furnished with a seating and dining area, perfect for game nights, movie nights or just gathering to catch up on the day’s events. One of the comfortable queen sized beds is also in this main living area.

| Cancellation Policy: | If you need to cancel your reservation, please call our office right away. We have a no-refund cancellation policy unless the dates you reserved are re-rented to another guest. If that happens, then your money will be refunded to you in the same form it was received, less travel insurance if purchased. Because of this policy we highly recommend purchasing Rental Guardian Travel Insurance with your reservation. |

Payment Terms – Once a reservation has been made, an email will be sent with a link to your Guest Reservation Contract. This electronic signature contract must be returned within 3 days to secure your reservation. Deposits are not charged to your credit card on file until your signed Guest Reservation Contract has been received. If your date of arrival is less than 30 days away, the entire reservation cost will be due in full. Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival may only be paid for with a credit card, money order, or a cashier’s check. We require a credit card to be kept on file with us even if you choose to pay by check. If your date of arrival is more than 30 days away, a deposit of 40% will be due upon receipt of your signed Guest Reservation Contract. Your final payment is due no later than 30 days before your arrival. Guest Requirements – You must be over the age of 25 in order to rent a home from Beachcomber Vacation Homes. This Guest Reservation Contract cannot be transferred to anyone else and subletting the home is prohibited. The guest signing this Guest Reservation Contract will be the responsible party for any intentional or malicious damage to the property for the length of the reservation ( Please see our “Worry Free Damage Waiver” below ). Our homes are in neighborhoods that have full time residents so please be courteous with parking, outside activities, lights and noise. PETS - Only dogs are allowed in our pet friendly homes. There is a fee of $60.00 + tax per- dog per- stay. Please make sure to clean up after your dog. Excessive pet mess may result in extra cleaning charges. If a pet is found in a non pet friendly house without prior notice and consent, then such is a violation of this Guest Reservation Contract and constitutes rounds for immediate termination and eviction. If you have an ADA service animal please let our office know right away so that we can make special arrangements in the event that you have chosen a non-pet friendly home. |
