From the upper deck of this 2nd story property is a wonderful water view of the impressive Point Grenville offshore sea stack rocks, to the north, fronting the Quinault Nation tribal lands. Sandy Toes Loft is spacious and comfortable, studio-style, living space fantastic for a romantic getaway, or use it as your base for exploring the nearby Olympic Peninsula, Hoh Rain Forest, & beautifully wild beaches of the North Coast. Just as doable, head south to stop in and visit the other unique small towns of the NW's 'Hidden Coast' communities for shopping, dining, strolling, and more.

Tastefully decorated, airy, & efficient, this property is fully furnished & equipped with kitchenette, dining space, living room, very comfy queen sized bed, & queen sized (non-pull out but comfy) sofa & rocking chair plus extra blankets for those cooler days.

Is this a work/play visit? We've got you. High speed wifi/internet & an efficient desk area w/lamp/office chair will be your go to space. Also included is a large, smart TV/cable/Roku stick for your viewing enjoyment.

All major kitchen appliances are supplied to make it easy to whip up a delicious meal, incl. full size fridge/freezer, range, MW, toaster oven, toaster, drip coffee & hot water pot, basic spices, coffee/tea & stack W/D for your convenience (sorry, No DW). Also find an efficient but full sized bathroom w/shower, hairdryer and more.

Out on the front deck, enjoy the two adirondack deck chairs to kick back on a sunny day, or fire up the outdoor BBQ & dining set for two w/umbrella to enjoy a sunset meal. Sandy Toes Loft has everything you need to relax, re-set, enjoy the views, inc. the amazing Moclips beach (which is an easy 5 min. walk out your door). Or choose the nearby serene, beautiful & meandering Moclips River to enjoy a quiet & peaceful stroll along its shore.

Walk through an old growth forest along the river, listen to the birds, eagle watch, or even a take a swim in the deeper river pools to the back side of the river. Dogs love it too! Come and see us; enjoy the quiet spaces, return to the city renewed and refreshed from your coastal stay.

GENERAL INFO: Free WiFi/Cable Smart TV, all linens & towels provided, In-unit washer/dryer, electric heating, laundry detergent, hair dryer, trash bags, paper towels, dog poop bags, feeding/water dishes, pet drying towels/mats, guest beach towels, teas/coffee provided. Drip Coffee pot/electric hot water & basic starter spices. Pots/Pans, dinnerware, drink ware and cooking utensils also provided. Books, playing cards, coloring books/pencils, local information also provided for your perusal.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Be aware that cell phone connectivity can be dicey out here on the coast, dependent upon carrier. Power outages happen occasionally, but are usually quickly restored. There are flashlights, and a lantern provided for these instances, as well as 'nightlights' strategically placed that turn on when power is out. Contact info for maintenance is provided on site.

* Note we are a more remote area; phone connectivity can be problematic dependent upon carrier (Verizon/ATT). Text messaging is usually reliable. Also important, seasonal storms can knock out power; usually restored quickly. Flashlights/lanterns provided. We do not reimburse rental fees for these kinds of power/connectivity issues. Of course, weather conditions that require cancellation of booking, will of course be reimbursed ASAP.

ACCESSIBILITY: Stairs required for access to second level entry. No elevator. Smooth flooring indoors with a thin rug in living areas. Those who are unable to physically make that climb will want to seek other more appropriate rental options. Additional 3 bdrm unit adjacent to this property; no worries, your privacy/peace and quiet are assured with our provided house rules for no gatherings, events or parties and enforced 'quiet hours' rule.

PARKING: Gravel dedicated off street parking area sufficient for two guest vehicles. Well lit for your security in and out.

SECURITY: Your safety matters. This property features external nonslip mats, & 1 external security camera. This camera is outward facing and does not look into interior spaces. The camera is located above the front door and faces the front entrance only. It actively records video and audio when motion is detected.

Carbon monoxide & smoke detectors in place. Fire blanket and extinguisher in kitchen area.

Must be at least 25 years old to book.

PETS: no more than two dogs, 40 lbs max each are permitted to accompany guests with $25 (per pet) one time fee paid prior to arrival (helps cover the additional cost of deep cleaning post pet stay).

Rental Deposit: *6 wks prior 50% of rental due, bal due 2 wks prior. Bal due upon bking for all other.
Cleaning Fee: $80 x1 fee @ bking.
Cancellation Policy: 6 weeks prior to check-in date, full refund of deposit.

Within 4 weeks prior to check in-date, if I can re-book reservation, your deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, your deposit can be applied, within 1 year (*total fee may be adjusted for seasonal rate) for a new reservation. It's highly recommended you purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations. Mention cancellation credit with future re-booking.

No booking refunds for short term weather caused power outages. We are a coastal location subject to such inconveniences occasionally. For flooding/major weather conditions that block access to property, refunds can be transferred to future stays, or fully refundable depending on circumstances. It is highly recommended that guests consider purchasing travel insurance to protect buyer from these kinds of unforeseeable situations.

* This property is heated but does not provide air conditioning (honest, you won't need it. Lots of wrap around windows ensure as much air flow/coastal breezes as you can handle).

* Smoke Free property: You can smoke outside 25' from premises (be sure to pick up your butts and deposit in trashcan at start of staircase).

* Pets - Pets allowed: max weight 40 lbs/pet (limit 2 dogs total). NO EXCEPTIONS, $25 one time fee/per pet paid at time of confirmed reservation.

Pets are to be accompanied, supervised, and leashed at all times while on property and never left unattended. Please clean up after your pet. Poop bags are provided near the door if you run out of your own supply. Deposit bagged feces in covered trash can at bottom of stairs. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. We provide pet towels, rugs/mats, & food/water bowls provided for your convenience in caring for your pet while on site. All linens, dishes, serve ware, are provided for the number of people on the reservations (max 3) only.

**Excessive cleaning and/or damage to property, including ANY BIOHAZARD CLEAN UP/BODILY FLUIDS/BLOOD present will be charged to the booked guest starting fee is $250.00.

**Absolutely NO PARTIES/NO GATHERINGS allowed. NO FIREARMS. NO REAL CANDLES, faux ok and are provided. Commercial made wood logs are permitted for wood stove use only. 1st log is provided courtesy. Purchase additional from property owner/maintenance person ($5 cash each), or purchase locally, or bring your own.

** BREAKING ANY OF THE HOUSE RULES INTENTIONALLY OR UNINTENTIONALLY WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION AND IMMEDIATE GUEST EVICTION FROM THE PROPERTY WITH NO REFUNDS OF RENTAL FEES.

Guests are expected to report any/all incidents of furniture/property damage within 24 hrs of occurrence.

* Quinault Lodge Resort (restaurant, kayaking/canoes, trails, lake, swimming) @ www.quinaultrainforest.com.
* Olympic Peninsula, State Park and Hoh Rain forest: lots of opportunities for swimming, beach access, hiking, campgrounds; lots of little towns all the way to the terminus of hwy 101 at Neah Bay (60-90 min drive; gas stations at intervals, small eateries. Frequently dead spots for Wifi/cell phone connectivity.
* Ruby Beach & Klaloch (home of the infamous "Tree of Life" natural outcrop over the beach). Definitely worth a ride and a google session.
* Ocean Shores (16 miles south); lots of shopping, arcades (Pacific Paradise Park, food, grocery, gas, Coastal Interpretive Center, Damon Beach, the Jetty, hiking and more.
