This home is perfectly located just steps to a pristine sandy beach and close to the popular off-shore rock formations of Seal Rock. The Coastal Jewel offers an open great room concept with an ocean front deck that invites refreshing breezes and a fantastic place to relax and watch the ocean waves. This home is in a quiet, private neighborhood and is a great romantic or couple's retreat!

In the master bedroom, you can luxuriate in comfort and appreciate the fantastic views, access to the deck, a small sitting area where you can relax and meditate as well as enjoy your own large bath with a soaking tub and walk in shower. The second bedroom is both cozy and comfy and has use of the hall bathroom. The well-stocked kitchen, comfortable counter stools and a beautiful dining table is super for entertaining and making memories together. The garage is set up as a game room for a nightly match up of foosball or airhockey on evenings home or during stormy days.

There are great tide pools nearby to the south towards Seal Rock State Recreation Area. Bring your kayaks and standup paddleboards because this home is a short 2-minute drive north to Brian Booth State Park and the gorgeous Beaver Creek area, popular for paddle sports and wildlife viewing. Seal Rock is just a short drive to Newport where you can visit the Oregon Coast Aquarium, walk along a working bay front and enjoy fresh seafood either cooked to perfection onsite or bought off of a boat for you to prepare at home. While in Newport, hop over to historic Nye Beach for additional shopping and restaurant enjoyment!
