This recently remodeled cottage is located in Seaview - just a short ten-minute walk to the beach through a historic town with many houses dating from the late 1880s. Within a 5-minute walk of The Kraken’s Retreat are three fine-dining restaurants, a local pizza parlor, the best breakfast restaurant on the peninsula, a large grocery store, an art gallery, and two antique shops.

Located just off the Seaview Beach Approach, a 12-minute walk (or a 2-minute drive) puts you right onto the beach for fishing, clamming, bird watching, kite flying, and all the fun that our Washington Coastline provides. Wander through the dunes down to Long Beach on the beautiful Discovery Trail. For those who love fishing, there are multiple options for charter fishing within a 5-10 min drive.

The detached game room provides an extra space to have a quiet moment reading on the pullout daybed or to let older kids hang out and play board games or video games while the adults relax in the house. The cottage offers high-speed 400mbs internet for streaming shows and playing games in the house or the game room.

The large 50ft long driveway in front provides ample parking for two vehicles or a vehicle and boat trailer. There is a high-speed 220V EV charging outlet available for our guests driving electric vehicles.
