This Cannon Beach vacation rental is located on a quiet street between downtown Cannon Beach and midtown. Windrush is close to everything and only two blocks to beach. This classic home is still a quiet oasis even in the summer. With 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, generous kitchen and dining area and a covered upper deck - this home has it all!
Designed with a reverse floor plan, the inviting entry hall leads you to three bedrooms downstairs (two with queen beds and one with a twin bed and twin trundle) and a family room with a deck off the side. The picnic table on the patio is a great spot for lunch when the weather is too nice to be indoors. Along with the three bedrooms and family room on this floor, there is a laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer to make that chore easy for you!
Upstairs is the main living room, dining area, and kitchen which all flows into one great room. The living area is warm and welcoming with a gas fireplace for warmth and ambiance. A perfect, comfortable spot to watch a movie, read a book, or just catching up on conversations with friends.
The kitchen has plenty of room for more than one cook, and since it’s a great room you can keep all the cooks company. Lots of room for dining, and the deck is just off the dining area. Imagine yourself on that deck with your morning coffee, or sharing a glass of wine with friends and family during “happy hour.”
The spacious master bedroom is on this floor, providing you with a queen bed, sitting chairs, and an attached bath with a soaking tub. If you need some quiet time away from the family or your friends, you’ve found your place.

We have a no-refund cancellation policy unless the dates you reserved are re-rented to another guest. If that happens, then your money will be refunded to you in the same form it was received, less travel insurance if purchased. Because of this policy we highly recommend purchasing Rental Guardian Travel Insurance with your reservation. |

Payment Terms – Once a reservation has been made, an email will be sent with a link to your Guest Reservation Contract. This electronic signature contract must be returned within 3 days to secure your reservation. Deposits are not charged to your credit card on file until your signed Guest Reservation Contract has been received. If your date of arrival is less than 30 days away, the entire reservation cost will be due in full. Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival may only be paid for with a credit card, money order, or a cashier’s check. We require a credit card to be kept on file with us even if you choose to pay by check. If your date of arrival is more than 30 days away, a deposit of 40% will be due upon receipt of your signed Guest Reservation Contract. Your final payment is due no later than 30 days before your arrival. Guest Requirements – You must be over the age of 25 in order to rent a home from Beachcomber Vacation Homes. This Guest Reservation Contract cannot be transferred to anyone else and subletting the home is prohibited. The guest signing this Guest Reservation Contract will be the responsible party for any intentional or malicious damage to the property for the length of the reservation ( Please see our “Worry Free Damage Waiver” below ). Our homes are in neighborhoods that have full time residents so please be courteous with parking, outside activities, lights and noise. PETS - Only dogs are allowed in our pet friendly homes. There is a fee of $60.00 + tax per- dog per- stay. Please make sure to clean up after your dog. Excessive pet mess may result in extra cleaning charges. If a pet is found in a non pet friendly house without prior notice and consent, then such is a violation of this Guest Reservation Contract and constitutes rounds for immediate termination and eviction. If you have an ADA service animal please let our office know right away so that we can make special arrangements in the event that you have chosen a non-pet friendly home. |
