One of Oceanside’s original cabins built back in 1932, The Windhover still has the original floors and wood paneling, but has been updated with thoughtful amenities like an over-sized deck, a new bathroom, and an outdoor shower – perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Located just a short walk or drive down to the beach, this cabin will be the perfect home base for your family – pets included – to enjoy a trip away to the Oregon Coast.

You will be greeted by a cheery red front door and a lovely large front porch with beautiful ocean and forest views– the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a sunset cocktail.

To the right of the entryway is the cozy living room with a flatscreen TV with streaming services and a gas fireplace. The living room opens into the dining room and fully equipped kitchen making gathering and entertaining easy.

Kiddos can get the wiggles out in the partially fenced backyard that boasts a gorgeous Linden tree - an ideal spot to have a picnic under the shade of the swooping branches on warmer days.

Ocean-kissed and sleepy, guests can turn in for the night in their choice of several sleeping accommodations. Towards the back of the entryway is a twin over full bunk bed, and just off the kitchen are two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, and the other with a twin over full bunk bed.

Additional thoughtful amenities include: a washer and dryer, high speed wireless, an outdoor portable fire pit and propane grill.

Please note: There are 12 steps up to the front door and the home does not have AC.
