Nyevana is located in the desirable Nye Beach area of Newport, across from a park with a playground that children love. Restaurants, shops, and easy beach access are all just a couple blocks away!

This 2 bedroom / 2 bath home was built in 1905, but has been completely remodeled combining the charm of a historic house with the comfort of modern amenities. Walk up a flight of stairs to reach the front door, then step inside this friendly and welcoming home. You will find yourself in a cozy, light-filled living room with plenty of windows offering glimpses of the ocean.

Preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen will be a breeze. Guests will love the thoughtful extras like waffle maker, coffee maker with Chemex pour-over option, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, 6-qt Instant Pot, and Vitamix blender.

Past the kitchen, you will find a sunroom that overlooks the backyard - a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, or relax with your favorite book.

After a long day of exploring all the fun to be had in Newport, you will love returning to your home away from home where you can relax on the comfortable sofa and stream from your favorite service. Other entertainment options include high-speed WiFi access, a Wii-U gaming system, board games, toys, and books - perfect for those rainy coastal days or nights.

Downstairs you will find both bedrooms, one with a California king-size bed and the other with a lovely queen-size bed. Each of these rooms comes with its own TV. The sunroom upstairs has a daybed with trundle as well, though tight on space. Or, if preferred, there is a large sofabed in the living room for an additional sleeping space option.

Two full bathrooms offer either a walk-in shower, or a tub/shower combo - perfect for a post beach soak for the kiddos. There is also a laundry area that will come in handy after a few days spent at Nye Beach. Additional highlights include a washer and dryer, pack and play, high chair, and a fenced in back yard.
